The Challenge
Independent reporters are growing in number, but the tooling around them hasn't kept up. Source discovery, outlet pitching, and audience building are still scattered across email threads, spreadsheets, and DMs.
The Solution
We designed and built Reporterhub as a single workspace: a string-based system that connects reporters to vetted sources, lets them pitch directly to participating outlets, and tracks every story from idea to publication.
The Outcome
Reporterhub launched as a category-defining product for the next generation of independent journalism — with the design polish and product depth of a much larger team behind it.
